Buffalo Bean & Chicken Dip

Ingredients

• 2 pounds butter
• 1 quart white onion, diced 1/4″
• 1 quart celery, diced 1/4″
• 3 Tbsp salt
• 1 Tbsp ground black pepper
• 1/2 cup hot sauce
• 3-3/4 pounds cream cheese, diced 1″
• 1 #10 can Serious Bean Co. Buffalo Beans
• 7-1/2 pounds cooked chicken breast, shredded

Instructions

Sauté vegetables in butter over medium heat until softened.
Add seasoning, hot sauce, and cream cheese.
Reduce heat to low and stir until cream cheese is melted.
Add beans and chicken, then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Yield: Approximately 11 quarts (88 servings at 1/2 cup each)

Serving Suggestion: Serve warm with toasted bread, crackers or vegetables for dipping.
